This is what our member has to say: Looks great....one thing though, is that bowl large enough for him to get into?? I use the smaller kitty litter pans and they work great...or ...

Looks great....one thing though, is that bowl large enough for him to get into?? I use the smaller kitty litter pans and they work great...or a drain bucket for the kitchen...both would work and the boas can get into them completely.....Lyn

unfortunitioly no the bowl isnt big enough for him. but putting a larger boal in the tank I have for him now is pritty much imposable. the tank is too small. like I said i'm moving in a bit and i've been drawing up plans to build him a realy nice big enclosure with a nice pool in it. he has become a fan of the bathtub tho, so he still gets to soak. i also mist him, and he hasnt had a problem shedding, always comes of in one piece.

If you aren't feeding it in the tank I've read that bark makes a decent bedding but personally I use paper towels.

The bark could cause respitory infections though, with the dust and such..Im using paper towels for my boa
