yeah a 20 High is good too, I just thought where I have that tank it would be really high and hard for me to reach inside too. especially with a 30 gallon.

You could always turn it on its side and build a door for (what was) the top.

yeah I already talked about that, which is a really good idea! I was going to do it with a 30 gallon. I am just trying to see if it would work with a screen instead of a glass cause I don't want humidity. I have to make sure it will be easy to reach inside too!

Yea I would go with just the safest route and you really want levels I would just make sure he can't fall and everything will be good, i wouldn't let him climb on plants or anything like that. Other then that a 20 high for a leo is good!

30 is better for the leo then a 20 but if you don't have the room I would just take the 20 h and it will be fine the leo will be ok in it!

I was going to do a 30 on its side if I can manage to do a screen side as an opening/lid thing =)It would be a palace! I just don't know if I can find the space. I have 2 offers for a 30, so I guess that is what I will have to go with =)

I've been studying a thing like this for my Leopard Geckos and every plan poses a problem, either in safety or in hygiene.
Fixed, rigid structures are great for their safety but lousy for hygiene. They can be also a nightmare if one of them hides in a secluded place where you can't get to.
Piled up, assemblable structures are great to clean and to "fine tune" them to their needs but pose a serious danger if they collapse.

My best solution so far is to use a modified wine rack. They are designed to stand a lot of weight and you have so many different types, you can choose the one that fits best your current enclosure decoration, from a simpler one like this to a more sophisticated type.
