Haha, my son is 4 and a half months old, we have three snakes that are all pretty young, so I'm sure he'll become infatuated with one as his favorite or beg for one of his own eventually.

I Think its great when kids come into the pet store I work at. working at the petstore has reaffirmed me in my "quest" to get a zoology degree, and someday hopefully work at a zoo alongside the animals there, At the store I get to both take care of animals, providing for them and keeping them happy (well as happy as I can get the reptiles at a pet store that likes to micromanage every little detail) and edjucate people about the animals that are often misunderstood, i think my faviorite thing may be when we get groups of kids in with there parents, and half the time the kids know more about a certain reptile then there parents. too me at least its definitly proving to be the most rewarding job i've had yet, and makes me look foward to the day when I can both properly house animals per what they need, not what will make them sell, and also edjucate people about them. There may be nothing better then getting paid to do what you love.
