I Like it for my Skink, It comes loose like sand, you mix it with water, mold it, and let it dry. Once its dry its packed like clay. I have occasionaly had problems with tiny particles breaking off overtime, almost leaves a very small amount of sand on the ground, not really enough to be concerned about, but a tiny bit more matinence. Other then that, i've started putting a thin layer of dried eco earth on top, to make cleaning easier, and giving the skink "dirt" to burrow in.
