Big Meal

My female gold skink ate a pinky today. It was an extra one that nobody was interested in until WHAM, she snagged it. Lets just say this: It was about 2X the diameter of her head and she ate it...whole. Didn't have much trouble either and just missed a single drop of blood. I just wanted to see if she'd be aggressive like she was with the live one that time but she refused to give it back and used the entire compliment of jaw pressure on it. She really meant business.

Following the meal of a lifetime, she also was very serious about basking.
