Worst case scenario lace, just skip using it when you are on dialup. Its an "oncall" function that queries the database. If it isn't clicked, the query isn't executed.

On another note, I have reinstalled the image resizing in posts. They are still clickable to see the full size images. I have also modified the blogs to do the same thing.

I was looking at updating my profile with all the new animals I have and couldn't
find the function or option to do this...

There is a large yellow navbar towards the top. The last option to the right is "myinfo". Click that and in the column to the left you see profile edit. Choose "edit profile details" you can add your newies there. Hope this is what your looking for.
