Shoot. I have always used the todays post pull down. I never knew there was a "recent' post button. I didn't know there was a difference. Now I feel dumb.

Yes there has always been a new posts button. It is very handy on times when I have been away for a weekend and come pack to 4 pages of new posts! I can read what leaps out at me for attnetion and hit new posts again and the ones read are gone.
