I'm in Shock...
This morning when I got up I noticed a weird thing laying on the floor in the bedroom. I looked closer and for a second was thinking that it was some sort of really fat caterpillar. It took me about 15 seconds to realize that it was the end of Skif's tail. I rushed to his tank and the lid was partially off and no Skif inside. I am hoping against hope that he is around here somewhere, but with two hunting kitties, I am not feeling very good about it.

Bad news! I hate losing a herp! Make sure to check every where and leave some food and water out for him where the cats can't get to.

That's easier said than done... I would have to figure out a way to put it on the ceiling...

It's pretty nasty seeing their tail twiching, but I hope he got away.

Sorry to hear about the escape Shelly.
I'm not sure I'd put the cats in a cage.. But, maybe try locking them in the bathroom, or even just out of the room Skif's cage is in.
I hope you find him soon.
