Cat's in a cage wouldn't really work... And I don't know which room he might be in so I wouldn't know where to put them... We live in a fairly small apartment.

Re: I'm in Shock...
With any luck the tail will have done precisely what it is designed for.
To lay there wiggling and distract the predator while the gecko beats a hasty retreat!
Good luck in the search.

Re: I'm in Shock...
I'm kinda of a split mind about his chance for survival. The cats occasionally still seem to be hunting (keeping a close eye on them). But at the same time Spooky got pretty sick yesterday afternoon and I am wondering if it's from a snack she shouldn't have had....

Re: I'm in Shock...
I would not have expected it to make her sick. Cats eat that sort of thing all the time.
I would bank on something else.

Re: I'm in Shock...
Not to mention, cat's rarely eat the entire animal. I know whenever my mom's cat caught something, be it a mole or a rabbit, the head was always left behind.

Re: I'm in Shock...
Simple solution; Get rid of the cats!

Re: I'm in Shock...
I hate to say it, I'd get rid of my frogs before I got rid of my cats. *gasp*
