DHL killed two baby corn snakes that were shipped to me. The shipper did everything right, but DHL left the babies out in the sun in another part of town entirely! The name of the street wasn't even the same. And they did this TWICE, even after I contacted the local office and spoke to the manager to ensure there would be no problems if I had another snake shipped. It made me sooo mad and incredibly sad that these two babies died in such terrible circumstances.
