The gargoyle looks really good, thought it was a black and white photo. The crested is a little off though, but art can't really be wrong. Nice work!

It might be the shading. The jawline and neck are disproportionate. They have skinnier necks and less scaling around the mouth. But with the variety of morphs and traits it's possible.

I think its the shading under the mouth. A bit too strong. The Gargoyle is much much better.
