Nice Match?
Well, not too long ago I got a male from FireReptiles. I've had him for a week now, and I just LOVE him. I've named him Thanatos. Here are some pics:

I was going to wait until my little harley grew up before breeding him, because I wanted to place "her" (hopefully) with him. I couldn't wait any longer, so I started looking around, and found this beauty:
I put her on hold, and once I get the money (the next two weeks because my b-day is coming up) I'll be paying her off. He is 48 grams on an empty stomach and after laying two eggs, and she was placed with a creamsicle this year, so she will be laying eggs from him when I get her. When she stops laying for a bit, I'll introduce her to Thanatos, and her name will be Opsis. Think I will get some killer babies?

Uhhh yeah! You should have some nice looking little ones from those two. Thantos looks amazing with those lateral crests highlighted like that. The crests on his head look large also, I like that, hopefully those two traits will come through.

Thanks! Yeah, he is almost full pinstriped (the raised scales on his dorsal) and some of his crests are white, some are red. He is a bitter though, but I don't mind. lol!

Thanks! She won't be going in with the male until a while (probably around 3-4 months) after I get her. She needs quarantine and to finish laying eggs from the male she was with (could keep laying for quite some time), and Thanatos needs to put on some more weight.

They're both gorgeous Does Thanatos mean anything? It's a cool name.

Thanatos is Greek for (this is going to sound bad, but keep reading) 'Death'. The female will be named Opsis which is Greek for 'Sight'. Putting them together is Thanatopsis, which a man made up and wrote a wonderful poem about. Man, I can't remember his name right now but I'll get back to you. Basically together it means a way of thinking about or seeing death, and in the poem he explains that even after death, life goes on.
