Male crestie + strange behaviour

This is the second time I've caught our male crestie licking his hemipenes since Kitkat abandonned and resorbed her eggs. Today he was fully turned back, tail up and hemipenes FULLY everted as he licked. Looked like he just went poop as well, hard to say whom the poop (which was a few inches away) came from. Likely him.

IS THIS MATING BEHAVIOUR or POST MATING BEHAVIOUR? Please say yes...

First off, Sorry this post was overlooked...

Not sure on this, not the expert on Crested Geckos, but now that I have bumped this up, someone with more experience in Crested Geckos will help you out...

I know I have seen my leo male do this after mating, so its very possible that your crestie is as well.
