Finally some good news and finally some people in our government show some common sense.

finally, some good news. It may not be perfect, but it's so much better than a blanket law. I think some licensing and regulation is needed, especially for large or particularly dangerous animals, but bans are kind of.... overkill.

But that is the problem with the political mindset.
Regulations and licensing requires personel to enforce them, that means money. And those personel need to be trained on what to look for and how to do the job,...more money. And they need vehicles and travel expenses to oversee the regulations and licensing,...more money.
So they choose to take the cheap way out.
Just ban everything!
