Approx. Time - Few minutes for prep, 15 for mixing

Place in a quart sized zip-lock freezer bag:

½ cup cream
½ cup milk
¼ cup sugar
¼ tsp. vanilla

Seal completely and Knead bag to mix ingredients



Place in gallon size zip-lock bag:

½ cup rock salt
2 ½ cups crushed ice



Put quart size bag inside of gallon bag. Seal carefully and shake bags vigorously for 10-15 minutes or until ice cream in firm.



Remove small bag from large bag, rinse off, scoop out and enjoy!
