It's also possible that the biting was the result of the way the snake was handled and treated. From what you know of the guy it may have been one of those Mr Macho things where when he did handle it was not done properly and gently.
I'd probably have bitten him myself!

LOL Merlin .But I think you are right,I think this guy only keeps snake to show off to his friend,He used to have boas and pythons and for him those were the greatest snakes; then he find them boring,'cause they hide all day,and he switched to snakes like Nikita,who are very active during the day and hide most of the night.Before that he found those boring because were probably not thick enough like boas and pythons.
He souldn't be allowed to keep snakes!
I hope he treats those two right he still have.
