Eeek, I'd stay away from high buildings for a while Beth... just till the jealousy wave wears off.
Do you know about how old it is and how many times it was fed before the guy shipped it to you?

It's about 5 months old, it's a boy. And it's been feeding fine as far as I know. He got VERY active tonight and was exploring quite a lot, makes me happy that I went for a bit of a bigger enclosure for it to play in. I'll just have to make sure it's got a LOT of coverage and branches to make it happy. But he's doing very well so far, VERY calm with me when I transferred it to it's enclosure so that's alwalys a plus. I'll be holding him a lot once he's settled in a bit. I'm so in love right now with my new little boy!

Thanks for posting the age. I got all my rainbows as adults so it's hard for me to imagine the neonate size. If that's 5 months, I can expect the newborns to be quite a bit smaller.
I guess I'll find out soon.......
He's a beauty and I'm glad he seems to be settling in well for you. Look forward to more pics after he's adjusted.

My husband tried to take him out to hold him last night. He might do that with his snakes but I like to do it the right way so I was like NOOOO. I'll take more pics as soon as I can get them without stressing him at all.

Yes Beth...mysteriously...unless you would rather drown mysteriously, or fall down the stairs mysteriously....since it is your demise i'll let you choose as long as it all ends out with me having a new snake!
