The size of the tank is more than needed for a pair, I personaly would remove the soil and add more expanded clay pellets and cover that with moss then remove all the soil from the plants and place them on the moss. This will keep them moist and also keep the roots from rotting at high water levels. I'm guessing the tank doesn't have a drain so it would be useful to really watch how much your misting or add a way to drain the water from the bottom should it collect too much.
For darts I would add a few branches and a lot more plants but it looks like a good start. Bromiliads are used in lots of tanks because a few speices of darts lay their eggs in them most darts will accept bromiliads as a egg laying site. Though they are not needed they do add a very nice look to the cage.
