Goodbye my Arthur

Well the time finally came, which I knew it would, but I had to have King Arthur put to sleep this morning, His cataracts were just becoming to painful for him and he was regurging everything I force fed him, as he stopped eating on his own.
For those who dont know he was how I found this forum, he was a blind old ratsnake. I can tell you though the last 10 months have been a blessing to have him, he was such a nice snake with a great personality, he used to eat like a baby bird, he would open his mouth and just place the food in and he ate. He never struck or coiled his food.
I can tell you he will be dearly missed here, I will get his ashes back in 4 days so he can come home.

Re: Goodbye my Arthur

That's always so difficult. At least the last part of his life was as happy as it could have been.
