said good-bye to Isabel this morning

Looks like she died almost in her sleep. She was perched on a leaf, sort of nose down. She wasn't sick as far as I could tell. She didn't eat the last time I fed everyone, but she was about to shed and none of them eat when they are shedding. She had a good appetite the last time she ate.

I have no idea how old she was. She could have been 2 or 10 or 15 even.

We buried her under the butterfly bush, so she could have all the bugs in the world to eat.

She's the green one.

That's sad. I think she had a great life in your care though.

Re: said good-bye to Isabel this morning

I am so sorry!! Thats horrible way to start the day!

I have had that happen to a few of the frogs that have come in here with the same problem of having no clue how old they are.

Once again I am so sorry!

Re: said good-bye to Isabel this morning

Shell guessed she was somewhere between 4 and 6. I don't know. I can say she was the thinnest out of all the frogs, but just as active and she was always a pretty bright green. She ate her full. you could put in 15 crickets, and when she had all she wanted, that was it. no more, whereas most of my other frogs are piggies.
