In a case like yours, would you suggest electrolytes?
I made my observation on the base of it's tail, usually the very base of the tail is quite thick.
I use electrolytes in every new animal I get.But the main key is to get them set up properly to prevent the lose of moisture and give them some time to settle in.

Agreed.
I have my Sav cage all set up and the eggs are not even due to hatch for a few more weeks, I check my temps and humidity daily so when the new baby arrives, I know the enclosure will provide the best possible environment I can offer.
