Crickets are probably the easiest to get. Mealworms, earthworms, etc. All with a little dusting of powdered calcium.

They can, but I've heard stories that superworms can chew on a young lizards insides before they die. I have no idea whether this is true or not. You can always smash their heads.
Superworms are just a bigger species of mealworm anyway.

I have heard it too, and while those things certainly can bite (personal experience), I have a hard time believing they can do so after then have been masticated themselves.
