Re: weird spot on my water, help please
A picture would be helpful...
Is it like a blister? Can you tell us about his habitat, lighting, diet, etc? How old is he? When in doubt visit a vet: Herp Vet Connection ARAV

Yes. It's very difficult to say without a very clear picture. Take a few close-ups.

Re: weird spot on my water, help please
I'd say use your best judgement then. If it looks like it's getting larger I'd get it looked at. I've never had anything like you're describing happen so I can't say for sure.

Re: weird spot on my water, help please
is it soft? is there pus? is the monitor in pain? how big is the lizard? is he bothering the spot?
Could it be a burn or a bite wound from crickets chewing on him?

Re: weird spot on my water, help please
well I can see the coloration of his skin underneath it feels like his skin there is no pus I doubt its from the crickets because I havent fed him any in a while and for burns I dont think he can reach any of the lights to burn himself I dont think he is bothered or is bothering it and he is almost 2 feet long so not that big at all
