Does anyone have a softcopy of any Dracaena Guianensis (Peruvian Caiman Lizard) Care sheets? I have searched on Google and there seems only to be general information about them not detailed care sheets. I guess they aren't that popular as pets.

You are correct. They are not very popular as pets, because of availability, price and specific diet. Many do not live very long in captivity. Their specific diet of snails, which usually carry a large parasite load, often leads to their quick demise. Pet stores/reptile dealers do not like to carry expensive lizards that often die quickly, because it is bad for business.
