I know this sounds really stupid, but what is your lizards day planner? My baby eastern fence is:

9:00 AM-Mom is still asleep, oh well, I'm just as lazy as her.zzzzzz
9:30 AM- Mom is awake, but she won't find me, I've buried my self.
9:35 AM- Mom is dressed, now shes looking in my cage. I'll just act like a rock. Dangitt! She found me.

9:45 AM- She won't shut up! Yes I'm cute now be quiet! I'm trying to sleep!
Goll, I might as well get out. Now she grabs me? Heck now I'm gonna hafta spend "bonding" time with her.

10:00 AM-What? Mealworms? But I just ate...Now I'm fat as an offerstuffed plush toy...

11:00 AM- It's been a while of "bonding". Uh, I'm bored.

11:15 AM- Thats right put me back. I'll just bask.

1:15 PM- MMM! Crickets!

2:00 PM- Bask, bask, bask

3:00 PM- Still basking

4:00 PM-Maybe I'll become an escape artist...

5:00 PM- After trying to escape and being unsuccesful, I'll hide my shame under this rock!

8:00 PM- All right, now its time to dig!

8:15 PM- all right now I'm dirty, I'll dig a hole and go to sleep. zzzzzz

you have an eastern fence lizard, around here we have a very similar species in fact they are in the same family its the side blotched lizard, i like fence lizards because they dont need a huge tank
