CALIFORNIA!! Everything's more expensive here. Remember when Victoria's Secret got into trouble because California residents received a different catalog than the rest of the country--a catalog with higher prices.

It's the same for gasoline, groceries (except produce), and just about everything else.

I'd use the 10.0 spiral, but just bear in mind that it is grossly inadequate so as soon as your better tubes get there get them on the tank...

Also remember that glass and screen filter out UV so your tank top might need some alterations if it is just one of those pop-on tops...or you might find a way to mount thelight inside...

I got a metal cage top... w/ 2 openings on it, and I have the light bulb, that points down through the one opening. at one point I had it in the tank, but she kept jumping at the bulb, so I didnt want to risk her getting burned.

but yes, i have put an order for the tubes, an fixture, i am just waiting for them to come in, currently said 2-3 weeks so we will see. i will keep updated.

and from the beginning at my post regarding the feeding, i am feeding her daily with small pinhead crickets thats roughly the length between her eyes, and she eats about 15, i usually put in 25, as well I switch with the powder. one day calcium, one day vitamins
