it is awesome that such a beautiful frog is still around.
"Unfortunately, in the past several years, there has been a decline in amphibian populations especially in higher elevations in Colombia." They don't say what specifically they think is causing this decline.... so if they don't know how are they going to promote conservation to keep it from continuing?

In that area of the world as well as others they believe a large part of the problem to be an introduced Chytrid fungus.
