I am going through something like that. We just got an albino that has been on his own for the past 8 months ( long story) He is about as skinny as a pencil!! He was in terrible shape the other night when he came in, we gave him a good drop of Jump start. We use if for emergencies only, when they don't have the strength to eat on their own, he was perked up in about 5 minutes. It is something to try to get him perked up so that he can eat, then try to feed waxworms, we even tried a little baby food to see if we could get him to eat on his own, he dabbed at it a little. We are calling him Bakari, (swahilli for one who will succeed.) I hope this helps, like I said we only use the jumpstart for emergencies, when we have one who can not eat on it's own. All it does is give a boost of energy, kind of like giving candy to someone with low blood sugar. After you give it you should see some improvement, then you must feed everyday for a while if they will eat. Hope this helps.
