It's not normal sand I'm using the sand is a specal mix that lays down like hard pack. You lay it down wet and by the time it's dry it's rock hard. A heavy spraying once a week helps keep it this way. Its sold under the name Savanna sand By Nimba Terra, it cost twice the price but well worth it if you want a natural substrate.
