A bit of background info would be good...
How old/big is he?
How long have you had him?
Is he drinking/pooping?
What are the temps in the enclosure?
Have you tried him on anything other than mealworms -- crickets, waxworms, silkworms?

Some geckos will slow down eating just before a shed, and sometimes their appetite drops during the winter months as well.

Also what is his substrate (flooring)?
Is he housed with any other geckos?
Are you sure it is male and not a female that is carrying eggs?
How big is the tank he is in?
How long has it been since he last ate?

If you give us a good idea of his conditions then we might be able to better tell you might what be wrong. We don't like jumping to conclusions and causing undue stress to you.

Its about 84 in the hot and about 78 in the cold, Im putting up some insulation, Hes about 1 year old, Im not really sure if its a female or a male, Hes pretty big , he uses sand, The last time he ate may have been a couple of days ago, because like I said the mealworms like to burrow underneath and I dont know if he finds them :X ill try him on some silkworms tomorrow.

I'd raise up the temps on both sides. The sand could be causing impaction also

Hello,

There are a number of things that could be causing the leo to lose his appetite. I would suggest that you check out the caresheet and compare your setup to that suggested in the caresheet. Try to see if anything needs changing, etc.

Here is the caresheet: http://www.herpcenter.com/showthread.php?t=6982

Did you notice when his last poop was? I'd remove the sand from his enclosure -- as Jason said, it can cause impaction. We use paper towel for the floors, and peat moss for humid hides. Also, as Rich said, check out the caresheet. You might want to up the temp a little on the basking side and cool it a couple of degrees on the cool side -- who knows, your leo might have suddenly become picky. Also, if you can get a few crickets to try him on, give that a shot. Some of our geckos just enjoy the hunt and chase that the crickets provide. Try posting a pic of your enclosure if you can, maybe we can offer some more suggestions!
