Exclamation Gecko with Unknown Issue!! CANNOT AFFORD VET

Pooka is 4 years old but I have had her for half a year.
Her tank is a 20 gal, but to seperate sick gecko from healhy, i have cardboard halfay across so she is only using 10 gal
i use repticarpet, as thats what she grew up with, but I have a hide with cocoanut, which is currently removed.
i have a day and night bulb, as well as florescent UVB lighting. The day and night are on top of the tank (metal mesh)
The temp on her side is currently 85 degrees, measured by petco thermomiter i place on tank floor
    humidity is unknown
I feed her superworms, which she eats regularly. I sometimes have baby roaches (madagascar hissing). Dusted with calcium regularly. Last week added vitamins to diet.
Symptoms: not eating or pooping turning dull, then pink. (Usually yellow) Shedding twice in 4 days, second shsd was clear and goopy, currently stkll shedding. Sheds reveal pink skin with a few bleeding spots. escaped and was founs 24 hours later. Bledding tail, multiple scratches and bledding spots. Bleeding toes during shed (normal for her as she has stubby toes when i got her and she has only 2 nails). Was dragging belly earlier. Not moving much, and very cranky- she usually adores back rubs and her tail raises and she rubs her head against my finger; currentry she shrinks to the ground. Shrinking tail. I house her with male and female gecko who have lived together since 1 year of age with no breeding attempts. Male is kind of grumpy atm, he and his "wife" are both shedding. 2 weeks ago i learned that poop has to be removed daily, whichi usually onlydid when cleaning carpet. Now I remove regularly- noticed some large, substratie poop, and hide with cocoanut was removed.
I have give her neo (no pain killer) on her bleeding spots and daily 10 minute baths with few drops of mineral oil. She wont sit still. Today i started putting olive oil on nose to lick. I cant afford even a simple checkup for a vet. I want my Pooka"saurus" back to her normal self! Also should i force feed her mic of superworms cockroaches calcium vitamins and water? Is she impacted? Her vent was white as usual and no sign of eggs or lumps or dark coloring.

Hoping for the best but I believe a vet is your only hope.

Agreed; you're going to need a vet. If you live with your parents, ask if you can do extra chores or odd jobs for money. If you're on your own, try selling something or asking to borrow money from someone. If you can't afford the vet, you shouldn't have pets. For every animal you own, you should at least be able to find the money to afford a checkup.

Do you have a picture of your gecko and setup? Shedding twice in 4 days can be indicative of malnutrition, systemic infection, vitamin deficiencies, etc. Based on the skin condition, I'm leaning towards a bacterial or fungal infection which, if you haven't been regularly cleaning the enclosure, can certainly contribute to this. Infections NEED to be seen by the vet, because they often become systemic, and there are no at home remedies that can fix this.

If you haven't done so already, it's also imperative your gecko is separated immediately from your other two, into a hospital-type tank: paper towel substrate, vigilant cleaning, fresh food and water, minimal decor (provide 3 hides, food/water/calcium bowls). If your gecko has a parasitic or systemic infection, for example, this can be transmitted to your other two, and a cardboard divider will not prevent the transmission.

How do you provide humidity in the tank? Humid hide? Misting?

What are you using for vitamins and calcium, and how often are you dusting your feeders? How often is your gecko fed? Do you also have a bowl of plain calcium in the enclosure?

Is the thermometer you're using a digital or analog? Do you use an Under Tank Heater? If your temperatures are accurate, 85F is too low for the basking spot. Leopard Geckos require at least 88-93F in order to allow for proper digestion. So yes, impaction is also a possibility based on the symptoms, as too low of basking temperature combined with possible too low of humidity is often implicated in impaction situations.

No, you should definitely not be force-feeding at this time, especially since you don't know what's wrong. If it's impaction, you're only going to make it worse. Force-feeding should be an absolute last resort as it's incredibly stressful, and your gecko is clearly stressed as it is. A vet would be able to advise you when you should and should not force-feed.

You should also not be housing a male with two females unless you are planning on breeding; I guarantee there have been breeding attempts, even if you have not personally witnessed it. It's possible living with the other two have contributed to the problems you're currently experiencing. A 20gal tank is much too small for 3 adult geckos. 30gal is the recommended minimum for two geckos, much less three.

I'm concerned there are a lot of issues with your husbandry and care, and any number of those issues could have contributed to your gecko's problems now. Do what you can to rectify them so you can prevent further issues with your other two, and hopefully alleviate some of your ailing gecko's symptoms.

Good luck with the vet. Forgive me if I've missed it, but I'm not seeing the answers to the questions I asked. However, your vet should ask you all the same and more, so as long as they get the answers from you, that's what matters in helping your gecko.
