Here is a caresheet for leopard geckos. You can feed her crickets as far as I know and mealworms. How old is it and do you know what caused its blindness? Sounds like you will have to hand feed it.

How do you know that it is 100% blind? Does it have eyes?

Hi Robert, welcome to HC.

I had a blind Leo, she wasn't totally blind, she could see shadows. I did have to hand feed her with plastic tweezers (she bit). I gave her crickets, wax worms, meal worms and I would always put her in her water dish so she could drink. Hopefully your vet will find the problem and all will be well. Good luck and keep us posted.
