Change colors?
I have no idea if this is normal or not, but I have a pretty young (2 or 3 months old) leopard gecko and his/her coloring seems to change after shedding. Started off sort of brownish, one time was more pink, and now is pretty yellow. Does what they eat affect this or is it normal to change some after shedding?

Well, juvenile leopard geckos have different patterning than adults, so as the leo sheds it will change in appearance the more it grows. However, this is more to do with pattern than color. After a shed color will be more vivid than before, but I've never heard of it being a different color. Perhaps someone who keeps Leopard Geckos can better help you.

Mine only changed patterns while growing. Both started off banded, and as they shed more and more the bands disapeared and the traditional Leo markings came through. The yellow seemed to be more pronounced as they grew. They are both from the same clutch (sisters) so I can't say for sure if a coloration change is normal. They are the only Leopard Geckos I've ever had.

Mine changed color too! When I first got my blizzard lizard she was very white. As she shed she became a pinkish color and then her head turned purple and she developed a yellowish color along her rear and tail. I've been told that she is a midnight blizzard lizard since her body eventually became as dark as her head. She still has a hint of yellow and looks purple for the most part. Do you have any pics of your leopard gecko?
