Problems with feeding my leo
Over the past 4-6 weeks her appetite has totally changed. I have had her since late February, when we got her she was fairly young. Everything has been great. She ate every day, had regular bm's. Absolutely nothing has changed in how I take care of her with the exception that I moved her from a 10 gallon tank to a 20 gal. long. Her temps are within normal ranges, paper towels are her substrate, she seems alert and somewhat active. But she just doesn't seem to want to eat much. She used to eat daily now she eats about every three days. I try every day but she just turns her head and walks away. Plus she seems to want nothing but wax worms. I have given them to her since we got her every once in a while as a treat. Now I try to give her crickets she may eat one and that is it. Mealworms she will actually pick them up bit them and spit them out. After she eats I always find a normal BM in her poop spot.
Is this a normal change? Could it be that she is maturing or could it be the change in weather? I don't normally weigh her, but just her general appearance has not seemed to have changed. She has a nice fat belly and tail. The tail may be slightly thinner but it is still fat.
