It probably will hurt - but no more than if a hamster bit you. They're pretty small animals. A bite may draw a little blood, but isn't likely to do any real damage. A skinned knee would probably be worse than a leopard gecko bite.

The thing would be to very carefully disinfect the wound, because reptiles do carry a lot of bacteria.

However, leopard geckos tend to have much sweeter dispositions than a tokay. If they are well taken care of and handled properly, they usually don't bite.
