You should probably give him a couple of weeks of quiet to adjust to the new surroundings, otherwise he may get stressed and stop eating and become ill. Just do what you have to in the cage, like changing water, feeding, and removing waste.

In a couple of weeks you can slowly start to put your hands in the cage and see if he tolerates your presence or if he runs away.

Remember he's going to see you as a predator who wants to eat him so it will take time.

also I try to give my leopard a meal worm every night ant it seems he's afraid of them, because he wont go near them.

If you just got him he is probably stressed, it takes about a week to get used to the new surroundings. Leave him alone for a few days then try feeding again in a day or two.

Hey good news I named my leopard gecko Herro, and he let me hold him today, i put my hand in the terrarium palm up and he climbed in my hand and let me pick him up.

yeah I'm glad also, i mean at first he wanted to climb all over me then he was walking in my hands so it was exciting for it happening the first time. and the name I got from one of my favorite animes Gundam Wing.
