Mine are much less complicated than yours. I own 2 leopard geckos, 2 afts, 1 Russian Tortoise, 2 Firebellies, 2 African dwarf frogs, 6 toadlets, 1 bullfrog, and 1 walking toad (plus some crustacians and rodents). I love taking care of these guys. Obviously, some are less care-intensive than others.

Good day!

Re: New Leopard Gecko - Needs TLC

Hello,

Well yesterday was 30 days, so I am updating this thread with a picture of him that I just took.

To refresh all memories, this is the little guy 30 days ago:

This is the little guy now:

His tail and body have started plumping up nicely. I will be adding a picture of my newest arrival to this thread in a little while if I can capture his colors. I purchased a beautiful tangerine hatchling that has some immense orange that should only improve as he matures. If I can capture the actual coloration, I will post pics. He won't look impressive if the photo is lousy. (Which I seem to be taking my pictures at the level of. lol)

Wow that's quite an improvement! Hardly looks like the same leo!
Good job, Rich. Keep us posted on how he does.
I'll be waiting for the pics of the tangerine.

Re: New Leopard Gecko - Needs TLC

Cheater! You swapped geckos on us!

Another new addition? If you keep that up you are going to have to move the kids into the garage!

Re: New Leopard Gecko - Needs TLC

lol @ Lacey. No swapping! Thats the same little guy as in the first pic.

I am adequately equipped to house around 40 leopard geckos at any given time. (I do breed them after all. )

My bedroom is a leopard gecko sanctuary. lol I currently have 15, and intend on increasing those number until I reach around 30. I WILL be buying a house within the next 6 months, and I intend on taking my breeding to the next level once I get setup.

As promised, here are a few pics of my newest little one. The orange is as spectacular as it appears.

Re: New Leopard Gecko - Needs TLC

I am happy with this new little guy. I have no doubts he will be beautiful as he matures. If all goes well, he may even be a nice Hypo Tang. For the $12.00 I paid for him, I am certainly NOT complaining.
