From what I can tell skooter is an albino. If thats the case that will tell you why he always has his eyes closed. I never think about anything like that until I got my first breeder albino and he always closes his eyes when he is in any more light then just my bedroom. Its because of their eye color that makes them light sensitive. Learned it on my other geckos forum. That just deals with leopard geckos about 90% of the time!
