Ok a few basics what are you using for heat sources? Your female seems awfully plump could she be the "bully" your male should be bigger. and one more suggestion get rid of the substrate your using whatever it is, looks like granular sand which is one of the worst things you can use for a leo.

I also thought that 1 male with 1 female would be too stressful for her cause they are harem breeders, that you should have at least 3 females per male. Other than that, your Leopard Geckos are very cute. 8)

Toadie is right, Leopard Geckos that differ in such a size should probably not be housed together. 8 month females may also be another problem. EGGBINDING. Which usually costs alot to get the eggs out of your leo. Back to the size difference, the female may be the bully, and attempt or even succeed in eating the smaller leo.
Are you really sure you want to be breeding? You had many problems in the past with your other leo dieing of a disease, and was not exactly sure how many supplements you should be giving. I don't want to be judgemental but are you really sure you can handle so many fragile, special need baby geckos?

Easy there folks!

EVERYONE has had failures and even the most experienced keepers will lose an animal from time to time. Unfortunately thats just one of the things that happens when you keep live animals, particulary exotics. All you can do is learn from it and do everything you can to try to prevent it happening again.

Agreed Merlin.. folks, this forum is for advice and info, and I'm sure that everyone here would gain the neccessary info needed before going that step further into breeding.

Your set up is really nice I do agree the male looks a little on the small side, for his age, and in comparison to the female, but pictures don't always tell a true story. We have two young females (-incubated for). I can't wait for them to get to their adult size, they are 4months old now and already chunky little things!
