thats great news. Now all he needs is some practice. Will he eat something that moves around less?

I don't know. All I know is that he ate 3 crickets just now, two from my tongs, and one that he caught after I dropped from my tongs. He's not really good at it. He striked at the ones I held in my tongs 4 of 5 times, and only got 2. And the catching... well, I had to drop it in front of him, he'll miss, catch the cricket, drop again, miss again, several times before he gets it. But he ATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YAY! I SAVED A LIFE TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats!!

I am very glad to read that he ate
I do agree that he was probably overwhelmed by the change in size of his home and being moved

As for when the crix lose the calcium dust from wandering around-keeping a dish of plain calcium in the enclosure makes up for that and the leopard geckos WILL lick at it
