Sounds like it could be a parasite of some sort, you need to get her to a vet.

Some leopard geckos will just not eat worms...have you offered crickets or normal sized mealworms???? Is she living alone in her cage....have you checked her temps...if too cool, she will not eat....
I would suggest if she shares a cage with any other geckos, get her out immediately...if she has parasites, they could spread to the other geckos. Take a fecal sample to the vets so they can rule out the parasites. Keep her warm and dry....Good luck and let us know how she does.....

She is a little over a year old. She has to cage mates. One being her sister. This is only happened twice. I have just been watching her. I have not brought home any new pets or brought any pets into contact with her that might have a parisite. My tank is about 100 in the basking area and about 80 to 90 on the cool side. I have 4 hide areas, under tank heater, moist box, calcium dish, water disk and fake plants. I gave her a warm bath because I do keep some sand in my tank because my females tend to enjoy digging but for the most part my tank is carpet. I don't have any other problems with any of my geckos in my room or any of my reptiles in the house. On march 7th she weighed 45 grams she is down to 40 grams right now!

That wet is usually a sign of some type of parasite. I would highly suggest a vet trip.

Hello.
She sounds as if she has a parasite. She can contract a parasite from her prey, even if the others haven't contracted anything. I would suggest a vet visit for the proper antibiotic and dose. The longer you wait, the worst it will get!
