I have one of those Kricket Keeper things with the hiding tubes. I pick up a tube, shake some crickets directly into a Ziploc baggie (in which I keep a bit of calcium mixed with vitamin powder), shake the crix to dust, and then try to get them out of the baggie without dropping the excess powder all over the enclosure. If I get too many crickets in the bag, I tip the extra back into the cricket keeper. Crickets don't gross me out, so if there are any uneaten ones in my Leopard Geckos' tank after they feed, I just catch 'em with my hands and put them in the cricket keeper.
