I have a Under Tank Heater and a basking light, 60 watt. I made the cave a moist hide, it has spaghum moss that I sprayed down. Its just temporary, im heading to the petstore to find something I can use, along with some waxworms so he fattens up. On the chepo thermometers, its right around 88 on the hot and 72 ish on the cold side, those are going to get replaced as well.

Sphagnum moss that is completely dry is a bit difficult to get damp by spraying. Try taking it and putting it in a bowl of warm water and squeezing it in and out until its damp. This will let the moss soak up water it will stay damp longer.

Here is a question. The darker looking babies like yours do they keep their pattern or change as they grow like mine did. Actually Sunshine is getting more orange and now starting on her back and neck...very faint though. I was going to get one just like yours but I wanted on with spots My sunshine had the cutest spots when I got her...
Here is her baby pic
and the most recent pic of her
Not that I am complaining she is a beautiful surprise lol...but if I do get a second...I would like a spotted one. How would I be able to tell when they are juvs at the pet store? Anyone know?

If you get from a petstore its hard to tell how it will turn out since you dont know the parents morphs. It is crazy how their patterns change the way they do. Shes turned into a beaut Paige.

He's turning out to be quite the heffer, 2 waxworms, and around 6-7 small crickets. I bought a snake cave thinking it would work for a moist hide but the hole is on the top and its pretty high, so I just made one out of a tupperware container. That'll work for now, im already planning a 20 long in a few weeks.

I am still working on my 20 long for my Sunshine. The floor is in, but it still has a smell to it from the silicone seal. Plus, I am waiting on the Under Tank Heater I got off ebay =) I am so excited! Your little leo is adorable!

Paige the silicon is going to smell for at least 48 hours after application. Thats why we suggest doing it outside!
