Cali-King up for adoption

The snake is great, but part of responsible herp-keeping is knowing when your hands are full and being willing to give up a few for their own sake. I've been taking great care of him, but I'm not sure I can handle this extra snake in the long term.

Check this link to the adoptions thread. Cali King snake needs good home

I would take him if Switzerland wouldn't be so far away from Florida!!!
But I'm sure you'll find a great home for him somewhere near you,so he doesn't have the stress of shipping!!
But like I said,I would take him straght away,he is so georgous!

Have you found a home yet? What part of Florida are you in? I don't think I could take him, but I might be able to help find someone. I'd take him myself if my husband liked snakes even half as much as I do...but he doesn't

Nope. I still have not found a home yet. I live in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area. I know plenty of people who want the snake but I haven't found anyone who can actually make the commitment.

Miami is pretty far from me. I'm glad you're hanging onto him until the right person comes along. You're right...it's a big commitment that no one should make lightly.
