This is what our member has to say: Yeah they vary alot around here from green to black, either way they have a nasty bite, I see them eating tree frogs and crayfish ...

Yeah they vary alot around here from green to black, either way they have a nasty bite, I see them eating tree frogs and crayfish pretty frequently.

How did I miss this thread? It's a great one! I love all the pics Stick insects are one of my favorites kinds...That water bug gives me shivers though...eating frogs? Yikes! I'm not getting any of my fingers anywhere near that thing!

10/29 was the last warm day for us. I had just got back from road cruising where I saw 19 snakes on the road.

Now Kansas is cold.
