Worried about Beardie
I have a four month old bearded dragon. He eats normal and defecating is normal. Until today, he looks very tired and loss of appetite. Also which really worries me is that he's making some sort of hiccupping sound. He opens his mouth and makes that sound while his whole body jumps. Also the tip of his tail to mid section has turned black and feels moist. If anyone can help me figure what is going on I would greatly appreciate it. Let me know if I'm doing something wrong or this is something common.

URI would account for the hiccuping behavior but the description of the back half of the tail worries me. Usually the problem with tails is dry gangrene but she describes it as black and feeling "moist". This is definately one for the vet.
