Formal introduction
Hello all,
I've been posting here since October, though infrequent. But I never did formally introduce myself. I apologize.
I am Jamie (I'm not clever with user names), Married to Matt, who is a chef. I am a stay at home mom to 4 kids. Ashleigh who is 9, Collin is 4 1/2, Justin is 2 1/2 and Lucas is 9 months old. We live in Virginia. I homeschool, I'm a girlscout leader, and my daughter and eldest son are in a rabbit 4-H club.
We have 7 pets currently. 1 dog named Max. 3 cats, Mamoosh, Tiger and Molly. Two gerbils, Blueberry and Butterscotch, and our new Leo, Spirit.
I originally found this site when I was looking up information on an anole that we had. The anole passed away due to an accident of a friends son. He scared her off her perch, she fell and became paralyzed. Then we got a Leo that we named Miracle. She was thin to begin with looking back. After three months of ups and downs with her weight (lack there of) she sadly passed over the rainbow bridge this morning. Because I didn't want my daughter to take it too hard, I went and got another Leo. This one is much bigger and fatter, and hopefully will have no issues with weight. I've been reading up as much as I can get about Leo's to ensure that this little one stays with us for years to come.
So that's a bit about us.
