I haven't visited Herp Habitats yet but I would go look around in there some too. For me one of the biggest things was accessability. I'm a little undertall, lol, so I needed to be able to access the viv from a couple of points. I not only have the sliding glass doors in front but I have doors on the side of the viv. One is all wood and the other has a plexi-glass window so I can see in from the side. This was important to me for cleaning reasons. The thing I wish I had done differently was have a bigger cabinet underneath so I could fit the humidifier in there better and have room for a bigger pond (16 gal doesn't seem big enough lol).
