Hello,

welcome to HC herpboy. im also a newyorker more specifically from the bronx. unfortunately I do live in the city so all those stupid laws do apply to my collection but that doesnt stop me from keeping or expanding.

be careful boyblue,,,,don't want to get caught and give more bad publicity. N.Y.C. does have some outrageous herp laws (i too am from the Bronx originally)
