Havent been on in forever...so...

i havent been on here in AGES so I figured I would come here and RE-INTRODUCE myself so that newer people knew who I was...err...am

as I said - i havent been on in forever - and that is because my life has been pretty hectic and things are just screaming by at blazing speed - can barely keep up.

we are going to be moving soon and dont know where yet - lease expires in april and we wanna be anywhere but where we are.

we have a random assortment of pets and need a place to take them in with us.

I notorious here as I BELIEVE I was the first here to own an anaconda of either "persiuation" - and am proud to say i still have my little...well not so little anymore... yellow anaconda.

he is pushing 3.5-4 ft and is having his little Terrible 2s stage... i have been givin him the attention he needs - but up until 2 months ago - he had never bit me...

i get bitten at least once each time I have him out now - he is very active when I get him out - and now that he is larger - i have to hand over hand to keep ahold of him... and sometimes he will lash back at a hand. conda's bite and let go- fortunatly not holding on for long - but he starts pulling away but for he fuly lets go which tends to leave small lascerations where his teeth have torn flesh.

he is my buddy aside from that though - i wont give up on him - and he is getting less and less **** antish each day it seems

i hate to say it as I KNOW its comming - sorry - no pics at the moment... my digital camera is MIA and probably a POW of the random mass of computer junk in the closet bins...

i am gonna get a disposable cam and have a CD made of the pics so that i can get pics of him...

MY NEW SAVANNAH MONITOR **got him saturday!!!!**

my doggy mcdoggus and Kittus Kattus

my guinea pigs and rats...ya - the works

from what I understand and have heard - someone has a green anaconda now?

power to ya bro/sis - yellow temperments are like greens in that they are notoriously "serpentine chainsaws" with a short fuse.... give that snake alot of attention ((cliche) or else....

some of this is a tad graphic - younger readers and those with sensative stomachs take head in this warning...

my savannahs name is Zeek

he is about 8-9 inches long - pudgy - loves to eat his monitor chow and bites... ate a mouse (prekilled) for me the other day

unfortunantly - he is the typical little pet store turd... he want given enough attention instore and is a bit ...well...alot aggressive :-P

he doesnt try that hard to RUN when I try and pick him up - yet stares me dead in the eye and opens his mouth ready to bite anything that moves and hisses at me... i can calm him of this by rubbin under his chin - he will close his mouth - but opens it back up as soon as I stop

he struggles forward and when I try and use my other hand to catch him - he swings that big birdlike head at it with mouth open and little orange eyes staring...at me like "Dont think about it"

i didnt bother sexing him as when I got him home after the first day - he came out and opened his mouth at me - i had his underside facing me.........

he..."inverted himself" and excreted lovely smelling stuff all over me

part of what he excreted was fecal - as it was white with dark things in it - but he also inverted something quite phallic with a small "round" buldge on both sides - which I thought to be his penis and testicles... i may be mistaken - but it is a little TOO close in resemblence to "THAT" for me to be able to ID it otherwise.

he left it "exposed" at me and I was worried that he may not be able to retract himself - so I got a q-tip and dampened the tip and brushed the tip on it and he quickly retracted himself into his vent and lunged forward at me...

when I first offered him a dead mouse - he took a defensive bite at it and clamped down on the mouses head... to which I heard a very disticnt cracking - he crushed mouse skull....

i knew it were commin....::hides under corkbark log:: im workin on it

as I stated - digicam is missing in action - and I will go get a disposable soon - that way I cant get a pic up sooner rather than later as I dont know where it is - ill have to get a good one of my conda - he has TRIPPLED in size since I got him - may have been more than trippling - he has grown in length alon but is a sausage! he loves his water bowl and has decided he likes to live feed off of rats - he took mice any way he could get em - but he wont touch a dead or handfed rat... im worried as rats are notoriously "spry" and I dont want him to be injured - but he is an effective killin machine from the kills ive witnessed - you blink and youve missed it...

unfortunantly - he bites me with the same speed

Do I perchance hear an "I told you so" echoing off in the distance! When you finally do get around to getting the required pics why not post a few of a fresh bite to let the newbies see what you get to deal with.
